ABOUT ELAINE KAYE
My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is based on an Integrative Model of therapy with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I draw from a number of different approaches tailored to suit the needs of the client including;

I have been involved in counselling and psychotherapy for over 7 years and have hundreds of hours of experience in almost all areas of the profession.

Professional Practitioner’s Certificate in Cognitve Behavioual Therapy
Certificates in post graduate training including a Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness, and a Certificate in Anger Management.
I have completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training Programme.
As a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling Practitioners (IACP), I adhere to their code of ethics.
I operate under the Children First National Guidelines 2017 to ensure best practice for the young clients I work with.
